Day 4 of the LLWS brings the first set of elimination games as the losers of the games on Aug. 16 will see their tournament come to an end. All eight teams that take the field on Saturday have already suffered one loss.

The first round of elimination games at this year’s Little League Baseball World Series is set for Saturday in Williamsport. Texas played a solid tight game on the opening day of the World Series, but still lost to Connecticut, 1-0. The team from Braintree had a rough go of it against South Carolina, losing 13-0 on Thursday night.
