Lady Gaga's seventh studio album will be released in March, the Grammy winner announced on Monday, Jan. 27. The 14-track album is called 'Mayhem' and is set to take Gaga back to her pop roots.

The album started as me facing my fear of returning to the pop music my earliest fans loved,” she said about the upcoming project.

The project, produced by Gaga, Michael Polansky, Andrew Watt, Cirkut, and Gesaffelstein, will feature 14 tracks, including the previously released 'Disease' and 'Die With a Smile'. Fans of Lady Gaga already have a date marked on their calendars.

After releasing a “Joker 2” companion album, titled “Harlequin,” last fall, Gaga announced on Monday that her next album, “Mayhem,” will release on March 7.

“People just sometimes don’t like some things,” Gaga said in her first public comments about reactions to the film, although she did not mention it by name. “It’s that simple. And I think to be an artist, you have to be willing for people to sometimes not like it. And you keep going, even if something didn’t connect in the way that you intended.”
