A 39-year-old Stockton man was charged with attempted murder and arson after allegedly setting a probation officer ablaze.

The FBI offered a $50,000 reward for a person who appeared to point and fire a weapon at federal law enforcement officers in Southern California on Thursday.

Laguna Beach police said they identified the suspect as a 13-year-old boy, who was arrested on suspicion of felony reckless burning of forest land.
