The NWS is collecting snowfall data after a blizzard warning and winter storm that impacted southeast Wisconsin from Sunday into Monday.

From Milwaukee's east side to the North Shore, people had to dig out to get out Monday morning,

Winds peaked near 60 mph and will slowly go down this evening. By late tonight, gusts should only reach 30 mph.

Some Wisconsinites could be shoveling themselves out of 30 inches or more of snow on Monday, March 16, the National Weather Service says.
