San Francisco 49ers left tackle Trent Williams was a limited participant during Thursday's practice, one day after sitting out as he deals with a hamstring injury suffered in Week 17. Williams usually rests on the first day of practice during a game week, but head coach Kyle Shanahan clarified that wasn't the case saying the All-Pro was still hurt.
