MTA police are investigating an incident near the Copiague station, where a person was struck Friday by a Long Island Rail Road train, causing delays on the Montauk and Babylon branches.

Long Island Rail Road service has been restored on the Oyster Bay branch following a brush fire near the tracks east of Roslyn, but delays persist along the line, the MTA said Friday night.
