New Delhi [India], April 28 (ANI): Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi was posthumously conferred with the Padma Bhushan for his contribution to Public Affairs on Monday.

Patel was talking to reporters in his native district of Vaishali, a day after he met Kishor and became a member of the newly floated outfit.
