The Food and Drug Administration this week upgraded the recall of Frito-Lay's Tostitos Cantina-style corn chips to the agency's most severe classification.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) raised its recall of Frito-Lay’s Tostitos Cantina Traditional Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips to Class I, which means exposure to or consumption of the product could cause “serious adverse health consequences or death.

A limited number of 13-ounce bags of Tostitos yellow corn tortilla chips were recalled by Frito-Lay in late March for undeclared milk.
