Iga Swiatek needed just 57 minutes to earn her first Wimbledon title and sixth major championship, overwhelming American Amanda Anisimova 6-0, 6-0 on Saturday in the women's final.

American star Amanda Anisimova and four-time French Open champion Iga Świątek each competed in their first Wimbledon final for their first major title on grass, and Świątek came on top in a dominant 6-0, 6-0 victory at the All England Club on Sunday. It’s the first time a losing player has failed to win a game in the women’s final since 1988.

Iga Swiatek demolished Amanda Anisimova 6-0, 6-0 in the most one-sided women’s Wimbledon final for 114 years to win her sixth Grand Slam title. The Polish eighth seed was in charge from the first point and wrapped up victory in just 57 minutes in a brutal display of precision hitting on Centre Court.
