Young campers and a dad saving his family were among the dozens killed in the historic flash floods that tore through central Texas over the holiday weekend.

Julian Ryan, 27, died in the Central Texas floods after cutting himself while trying to save his fiancee, their kids and his mother. Amanda Henderson with Houston CBS affiliate KHOU has the story.
