CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - An adult woman and two young children were trapped inside their vehicle after it flipped on the city’s West side. The driver was going westbound on Detroit Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday when she struck a parked car near W. 112th. The vehicle flipped over, trapping the driver and kids inside.
