APA hands over keys to county for Olivette animal shelter
APA turned over the keys to St. Louis County for its Olivette animal shelter Friday. APA officials said they had a very busy week when preparing for the end of operations at the Olivette location. FOX 2's Mallory Thomas reports.
St. Louis County said there was no euthanasia plan at shelter. But there was.
A health department staffer did write such a transition plan, according to records obtained by the Post-Dispatch. The plan calls for "shelter wide" euthanasia.
