It was neat to walk through the tree. It is something I recommend doing just once. It is interesting to see the rings in the old tree from the inside.Full review by Tiffany B

My best advice is to go down to giant grove from the entrance it’s like 5 miles and then drive to general highway it’s like a 35 mile to general Sherman and Moro rock is 15 miles down from general Sherman also tunnel log is right next Moro rock

Someone told me I would not be able to drive to Moro Rock, Tunnel Log or Auto Log that they were closed? We are going Sept 30 a Friday. Do you know anything about this?

What I heard that they close during summer time due to heavy traffic. Unless you want to drive thru the tunnel log or else there are free shuttle taking you from point to point.
