Waterfall was nice but the horses used to get us to the falls were overworked, malnourished, and abused. Some of the owners would beat their horse with a stick repeatedly to get ot to move faster. T…Full review by Susan S
My question is whats the health of these poor horses , some of them look so under nourished ? Not to mention the weight of some of these people on what seems to be a very small horse for the size it's carrying. This is a very sad sight indeed.

Hello. I can see no reason why a dog would not be permitted. I think there are several routes to the waterfall. We took the mule route and I suspect that the hiking route might be from a different access point but you'd have to ask locally. This is not an excursion for children under 10 I would suggest...unless they have been to pony camp!
