Arriving February 23 at 8:00 am in Bridgetown cruise Port on Princess Cruises. Can you arrange transportation to and from the cruise port?

They don't provide any transport. We are quite adventures and have used public transport. We have saved a few dollars and had an interesting time with the locals in their bus. It is about a 45 min drive. Enjoy the clear water.
We are arriving in Bridgetown via cruise ship, and I'm wondering about transportation to Holetown for this activity. Any suggestions, recommendations, etc.?

We had 2 people on our boat off of a cruise ship who taxied over to the site. You can call, text or email Hayden with fairly quick response - very friendly operation and he will guide you as to a drop off site. On a side note, I’ve ridden the public bus throughout the island and found that everyone that I encountered was friendly and willing to help direct me. I believe it’s $3.5BD for the bus and approximately $35BD for a taxi. Coming off of a cruise ship you will have limited time and may want to use a taxi so that you can see more of the island. Personally I would not rent a car, especially if you’re not use to driving on the left. On a side note, I liked riding the bus and getting the local flavor but even if you take the direct bus from Bridgetown to Holetown, you will need to allow probably 30 minutes for the bus and extra time to figure out where you’re going.
I so want to do this, however I easily get sea sickness from boats, so I’m wondering how long the boat ride is to get to the turtles and shipwrecks? I’m usually ok if I’m not on the boat for too long. Thanks so much, Natalie.

Well worth doing - the entire trip including the swimming times was about 3-3 1/2 hours, the waters were very calm, hardly any swell at all. My wife is not a good traveller but she had no problem with this trip and she didn't swim so was on the boat the whole time. Hope this helps
