The walk down is not bad. It took us about 5-6 minutes. The water on both the waterfall side and the fish pond side felt good to get in. The rocks on the waterfall side are slippery and sharp in plac…Full review by Beth C

Beautiful waterfall in La Fortuna! Easily accessible via stairs. At the bottom there's an area for swimming near the waterfall, or one can just sit and enjoy the scenery.Full review by maxbel1985

Beautiful Waterfall, lots of stairs but worth it! You can stop along the way and rest a little. We didn’t swim but others were swimming and it looked refreshing!Full review by fraydh

It's very safe and well deserved by the shuttles. There is a good restaurant on the way if you're hungry. You can also swin in the fresh water without struggles. To go there I recommend Easyhop. it's more convenient than the cab. Enjoy!

I felt that the parking lot was safe. Lots of tour buses and it was right in front of the ticket counter. Obviously don’t leave things in plain sight but it’s safe!
